HomePoint is a Choice-Based Lettings agency that has replaced the old council waiting lists.  The purpose of Choice-Based Lettings is to give you more choice in the properties you are interested in and the areas in which you would like to live.

All available properties are advertised weekly on this website and a list of all available property details will be sent to you if you do not have access to the internet and you are in Priority or Gold Band, have a medical condition or vulnerable.  The available property 'bidding cycle' commences every Thursday and will finish on the following Tuesday at 5pm each week, except Christmas.  You can view the available properties by clicking on the 'search for properties' tab on the left hand side. 

To 'bid' (apply) for a property you will need to be logged in. If you are not already logged in you can do so by clicking here.  If, for any reason, you have forgotten your username or password, please contact us on 01588 676246 or by email at homepoint@ss-ha.org.uk.
