Notice to Quit Received


If you have received a notice to quit from your landlord, housing provider or mortgage company please email a copy to housingoptions@shropshire.gov.uk or your own local authority.  A member of Shropshire Council's Housing Options team will be in touch to review your options.

Duty to Refer

If you are a member of a specified public body and have a duty to refer a consenting person who you believe is homeless or threatened with homelessness, please contact Shropshire Council.
 

If you live in the Telford & Wrekin Area

Shropshire HomePoint and the Shropshire Affordable Housing Allocations Policy apply only to the Unitary Shropshire Council Local Authority Area and do not include the Telford and Wrekin area, which is a separate local housing authority.

If you live in the Telford and Wrekin area and are experiencing housing problems or wish to apply for housing in this area you should contact Telford and Wrekin Council directly.
